  • What are your Opening Times?
    Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:30 and showroom visits are by appointment only. We are very flexible and will always endeavour to offer you a showroom visit at a time to suit you.
  • Where can I view your products?
    Our showroom is located near Kempton Park Racecourse and we have a variety of furniture pieces on display. You can also find us in selected John Lewis stores.
  • How quickly can I organise a consultation?
    We aim to provide an initial quote first and foremost, to provide you with an indicative price and some visualisations. We endeavour to book a free consultation within a week of this. However, this is subject to availability.
  • Can I choose my own colour or finish?
    Yes, some of our ranges are available in any colour of your choice. Other ranges have a wide selection of lacquered or foil-wrapped finishes to choose from.
  • Can I see samples of the materials and finishes before placing an order?
    We have samples of selected finishes available to send out to you, so you can see them in your space before placing an order.
  • What materials are used in the construction of the wardrobes and furniture?
    The main materials used in our wardrobe construction are MDF and high-quality chipboard. Depending on the range, this is then painted (lacquered) or foil-wrapped.
  • What do the designers bring to the measure and plan appointment?
    The designer will measure your space and create a hand-drawn plan. They will also have samples of our finishes and example images of our ranges.
  • What will I receive after the measure and plan appointment has taken place?
    We will send you an email with an estimate, plan, elevations and computer-generated images of the proposed furniture.
  • What is included in the estimate?
    Not only do our estimates cover the furniture you are interested in, they also include delivery and fitting, meaning there are no hidden or surprise charges.
  • Do you organise delivery and installation?
    We organise everything from start to finish. Our team of contracted fitters have been working with the Lawrence Walsh team for many years and pride themselves on their high level of precision and attention to detail in every job they complete.
  • Where do you deliver, and can you deliver and fit overseas?
    We deliver throughout England and Wales. Delivery elsewhere, including overseas, is subject to contract and shipping fees.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Depending on the range you choose and the time of the year, our lead time can range from 4 – 12 weeks.
  • What if I need to contact you after my furniture has been fitted?
    We pride ourselves in our exceptional customer service, so we are always on hand to offer the best after care service.
  • What are the care and maintenance instructions for the furniture?
    We recommend a very simple approach, using a damp microfiber cloth to run over the furniture and pick up any dust etc. Please ensure the furniture is fully dry afterwards and do not use anything abrasive.
